How do I delete my Desk & Co Stationery PROFILE and customer data ?

At Desk & Co Stationery, we take your personal data seriously. You can request to have ALL your personal data and references deleted from our systems by simply sending an email request to hello@deskandcostationery.co.nz.

Can I make design or colour changes to the available online designs?

Desk & Co Stationery is an online template-based company and we pride ourselves in designing contemporary design ranges for every Season. As such, Desk & Co Stationery does not take bespoke design requests. All of our designers' time is spent designing more Desk & Co. templates that fit in to the overall look and feel of our company and can be loaded online to be personalised by you, our Desk Friends.

As such, as a general rule, we do not make design or colour changes to the ranges offered online. However, if there is a small tweak that you would like, please email the request to hello@deskandcostationery.co.nz and we will let you know if it is possible or not.

Do you take Corporate or bespoke orders?

Corporate gifts can be so boring! And clients love receiving something personalised, that shows them that they have been thought of. As such, Desk & Co Stationery is a popular choice for unique personalised corporate gifts.

Desk & Co Stationery welcomes corporate orders and can look at incorporating your corporate logo on to our products.

How do I purchase and apply Gift Card voucher codes, or coupons?

To purchase a gift card please visit our Gift Cards page. If you have a promotional code, you will use it on the check-out page. At the bottom right-hand corner of the page is a box which requests your voucher code. Enter your voucher code here and the system will automatically apply the discount to your purchase.

What is your returns policy?

At Desk & Co Stationery, we pride ourselves in a delivering perfect product. As your product is personalised, you have the opportunity to check its accuracy for yourselves. Desk & Co Stationery will not be held responsible for inaccurate details on your personalised products. If, however, you are unhappy with the quality of your product or printing, please contact us and we will gladly replace it.

How do I pay for my order?

All orders are placed and paid for online.

Desk & Co Stationery uses Shopify Payment - one of the world's largest payment providers, boating the most reliable payment systems on the internet. Their products are designed for today's online world: simple, secure and innovative, ensuring that Desk & Co. can safely accept payments online. Your transactions are protected with their robust double firewall, SSL encryption, PCI compliant servers, payment data encryption, and 3D Secure checkouts.

On checkout, you can select from three payment methods:

Delivery Info

Can I collect my order?

As we're an online business, we do not have an option to collect. All order will need to be shipped via courier.

Do you ship internationally

Not currently, however we do plan to serve global customers in the near future.

How do I track my order?

Orders are sent via door-to-door courier and you will be sent a tracking number from Desk & Co. with instructions on how to track your parcel. Alternately, you can make use of our help centre to assist in tracking your order.

What is your total turnaround time?

The estimated turnaround time is approximately 5-7 working days. Due to each product being personalised and, as such, individually created, we do require a minimum of 3 working days before we can dispatch you order. Delivery time thereafter depends on the courier partner and other external factors. If your order is urgent or time sensitive, please be sure to add a note or contact the Studio directly to check on the possible turnaround time. Please note that in peak season (November & early December), production time can be delayed by up to a further 3 working days so please make provision for this when ordering.


Delivery Options

1. FREE Delivery On Orders Over NZ$80

As a thank you for being a dedicated Desk & Co Stationery customer, if the value of your order totals $80 or more, we will courier your order directly to you for FREE. So make sure you do as much online Desk & Co Stationery shopping as possible in a single order, to benefit from our FREE delivery option.

2. Door-To-Door Courier

For the fastest priority delivery, we use a door-to-door courier service and your Desk & Co. order will be dispatched via our Courier partner, Go Sweet Spot, from our Studio, directly to your door.

Your waybill number, tracking details and Go Sweet Spot contact details will be sent to you via email when your parcel is dispatched.
